Thank you for shopping at Kisan Valley. We strive to provide our farmers and customers with the highest quality agricultural machinery and tools.
Important Notice: Due to the heavy-duty nature of our agricultural products, we strictly only accept returns for items that are damaged upon arrival or have a manufacturing defect out of the box. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect items ordered by mistake, or items damaged due to improper use after delivery.
1. Eligibility for Returns (Damage Only)
In order for a product to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The product was damaged during shipping/transit, OR the product arrived with a physical manufacturing defect.
- You notify us of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
- The product is in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts.
- You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Scenarios
We will not accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product was used, fueled, or altered in any way.
- Damage occurred due to improper assembly, mishandling, or failure to follow the user manual by the customer.
- The damage report is filed after 48 hours of delivery.
- You simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong model.
3. How to Initiate a Damage Return
If your product meets the damage criteria, please follow these steps to initiate a return or replacement:
- Document the Damage: Take clear photographs and a short video of the damaged product and the original shipping box.
- Contact Support: Email us at kisanvalleyservices@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your Order ID, proof of purchase, and the media documenting the damage.
- Evaluation: Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days.
- Resolution: Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Depending on the severity, we will issue a full replacement, repair parts, or a refund.
4. Refunds Process
If a refund is approved for your damaged item, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (typically 5-7 business days after the damaged item is received at our warehouse).
